MECFS Meditation for Sleep

This sleep meditation is called “the rhythm within you”. It is an active meditation in which you don’t just listen, but participate, syncing your breath to the internal rhythm of your body, using gentle tapping & breath-work that slows down in cycles until you fall into a trance and are asleep.
